RETURN POLICY

  1. Full refund can be applied for orders placed within 48 hours;
  2. The return period is within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be unopened and unused. After-sales follow-up will be carried out until the return package is received and the original refund will be made after checking that the product is normal.
  3. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed in original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached.
  4. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

  1. Once we’ve received your returned package, we’ll take care of the rest and process your refund asap. Refunds for credit card payments take up to 10 business days. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank.
    2.Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you’ve made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.

RETURN TIPS
1.Once you submit your request for return, we will send you an email about the nearest return address within 24 hours. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. Please ONLY ship it to the return address that we provide and not to the address on your original package or your return will not be received.

For non-returnable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
